FAMILY FACILITIES

Perth Airport wants to make sure your visit to the airport is an enjoyable experience.  A range of family facilities are available throughout the terminals and the whole family is welcome to make use of these.

Observation Areas

Each terminal provides areas for travellers and visitors to view the aircraft arriving and departing.  In Terminal 1 (International), the public observation deck is located on the third floor.  Access is via a lift from the ground floor of the terminal, or you can take the stairs located outside Downtown Duty Free.

For the best vantage point in the Domestic Terminals, please ask a staff member.

Outdoor Children’s Playground

At Terminal 1, there is a children's playground located outside the terminal on the western side of the building.

Parenting Rooms

Each terminal provides facilities for parents to be able to nurse their children in a clean and comfortable environment by providing soft furnishings, baby changing tables and separate nappy disposal bins to general waste bins.

Smoke-Free Zone

Please note that, in line with current legislation, Perth Airport is a Smoke Free Zone. Public smoking areas are located in specifically designated areas outside the terminal buildings. Please note that there are no smoking facilities once you have entered the Terminal Buildings.
